Assessor

Ryan has a background in working with children and adults with special educational needs. His previous roles involved travelling extensively around Europe, where he would be asked to analyse internal processes and procedures, as well as recommend and provide training. A skill that has been transferred in his role as a DSA needs assessor.

Ryan has worked in the sector for approximately eight years, which has seen him take on a wide range of roles and responsibilities and develop a broad understanding of the DSA process. Ryan values the interaction with students, as this allows him to develop his awareness and understanding of specific needs.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys golf, long walks in the forest with the family, volunteering at his daughter’s school and her rugby team. If there is time, Ryan likes to watch Formula One and is an avid supporter of Leicester City.
