Assessor

Kelly has been assessing for approximately 22 years. She started out in the Student Services Department at the University of Derby. She got to meet lots of students in financial hardship who needed advice on Health and Wellbeing. This is where she decided on her career path working with disabilities, and this wonderful journey began. Kelly progressed to a Disability Advisor at Derby in November 2000 and quickly trained up to be an employed Study Needs Assessor.

The main motivation for this role is meeting lots of new people and feeling that she can provide an important part of their career journey. It’s a true privilege.
