Customer Experience Manager

Isaac completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University and also spent a year studying at university in California. It was after completing university that Isaac first began to look at working within the field of education.

After teaching in schools for two years, Isaac began training as a DSA Assistive Technology Trainer, developing his DSA knowledge before joining the A2B team. Isaac also trained as a Study Needs Assessor before being promoted to the A2B management team.

In his spare time, Isaac enjoys hiking, keeping fit and cooking.
