Job Details: Booking Coordinator

Are you able to demonstrate your ability to actively listen to students and provide clear information to support them over the phone and/or via email?

Our student-centric approach is always striving to improve outcomes for students with ongoing training for all staff, an excellent purpose built IT infrastructure and on-going commitment to innovate and refine our processes.

Main tasks include:

  • To take bookings for appointments with students over the phone, email, post and through the A2B web app.
  • Answering basic student queries via phone or email.
  • To liaise with colleagues, freelance contractors, government funding bodies and higher education insititutions.
  • To actively identify problems and propose corrective measures to continually improve our internal processes and quality of service.
  • To work closely as a team to achieve KPIs.

Please note, due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS Check.

All induction and training for the role will be done at our head office, with all COVID safety measures being adhered to throughout the process. If you have any hesitations in this area, please don’t hesitate to ask during your interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
