Job Details: Booking Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you able to demonstrate your ability to actively listen to students and provide clear information to support them over the phone and/or via email?

Do you have a passion for helping vulnerable students achieve their higher education dreams?

We’re looking for a Booking Coordinator to join our fun, professional and passionate team. We pride ourselves on providing a fantastic internal support infrastructure for our team and developing their skills to grow within our company. We provide on-going training for all staff, an excellent purpose built IT infrastructure and a commitment to innovate and refine our processes.

Our student-centric approach is always striving to improve outcomes for students. Our work helps students access the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA).

Main tasks include:

  • To take bookings for appointments with students over the phone, email, post and through the A2B web app.
  • Answering basic student queries via phone or email.
  • To liaise with colleagues, freelance contractors, government funding bodies and higher education institutions.
  • Actively identify problems and propose corrective measures to continually improve our internal processes and quality of service.
  • Working closely as a team to provide excellent customer service

Please note, due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS Check.

This role is office based, with the induction and training at our head office. All COVID safety measures will be adhered to throughout the process. If you have any hesitations in this area, please don’t hesitate to ask during your interview.

  • A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:

  • Previous experience of working in an office, answering calls, writing emails and liaising with customers, clients or students.

Language:

  • English (required)
